A refund you do not have to argue for
Unused plan? Ask for a refund within 60 days of purchase and we refund it. You do not have to make a case for it.
Questions we are asked
When does my plan start?
When you land and connect. Buy today, travel next month, and your days only count once you are on the network in the country. A plan stays valid for 180 days before you activate it.
Is my phone supported?
Any iPhone XS or newer, and most Androids since 2020. If your phone supports eSIMs, our plans work.
When will I get my eSIM?
Straight after payment. We email you a one-tap install link, usually within a minute, and there is the same link on your order page.
What does the price include?
Everything. No VAT is charged today, so the price on the plan page is the whole price, and nothing is added to it at checkout.
Do you have a plan for my country?
We sell into 54 countries. The country directory has every one of them, and each page says which networks the data runs on there.
