Company particulars

What the service is

This site sells eSIM data plans. An eSIM is a digital profile that you install on your own device; the plan gives you mobile data on a third-party network in the covered country. We do not sell devices.

We buy the connectivity from eSIM Access, a company in Hong Kong, which provisions the profile and hosts the network access. We are the seller of record; the supplier is the network provider. We are not a mobile network operator: we do not operate a network, and we do not hold a network licence. Coverage, speed and availability are the supplier's published coverage and the host network's performance on the day; they can change, and we do not guarantee them. • Coverage. Any coverage figure, country list or network name on this site is the supplier's published position for the plan. It is a statement of what is published, not a guarantee of signal in a given place.
• Prices and availability. Prices, allowances, validity periods and the plans themselves may change. The price and the plan details shown on the plan page at the moment you order are the ones that apply to your order.
• Device information. The compatibility notes are a guide. If your device is not listed, check with the manufacturer, and check before you buy, because an incompatible device is a refund problem, not a free phone.
• Third-party links. We link to a small number of pages we do not control. We are not responsible for their content.
• Availability. The site may be unavailable, and an order may be refused where we cannot fulfil it, in which case you are refunded in full.
