eSIMs for Austria
Austria has 5G in Vienna, Graz, Linz and Salzburg, and 4G through the valleys and over the mountain passes. July and August are the months the alpine and lakeside routes fill with people, and the roads into the mountains are where the 4G is doing the work.
Also covers Austria
These plans cover Austria as well as other countries. If you are only going to Austria, one of the plans above is the cheaper buy; if you are crossing a border, these are the ones that keep working.

Where a plan names more than one network, your phone picks the strongest signal available to it, and the second network is what saves you in the places the first one thins out.
Worth knowing before you buy
- Your data is routed out through Netherlands, France, UK and Belgium.
- Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects in the country, not when you buy it.
