eSIMs for Iceland
Iceland is the one country where the shape of the land matters more than the technology: coverage is strong along the coast and the Ring Road, and genuinely thin in the highlands and on the glaciers. June to August is the season the Ring Road is busiest, and the weather is the reason everybody drives slowly.
Also covers Iceland
These plans cover Iceland as well as other countries. If you are only going to Iceland, one of the plans above is the cheaper buy; if you are crossing a border, these are the ones that keep working.

Where a plan names more than one network, your phone picks the strongest signal available to it, and the second network is what saves you in the places the first one thins out.
Worth knowing before you buy
- Your data is routed out through Netherlands, France, UK and Belgium.
- Your plan starts when the eSIM first connects in the country, not when you buy it.
